Do you know where YOUR website backup is? How old is it? Does it contain both files and data from your database?
Sooner or later, everyone has a data disaster. Websites can be hacked, people working on your site can make mistakes, hardware can fail and viruses can strike. The disaster type we've seen most often, lately, has been the "disgruntled employee" or "disgruntled web designer" disaster. These people can wipe out both your website and your local copy of your website, often meaning that months or even years of work go down the drain.
You know you should have regular off-site backups of your website, but do you?
Don't put it off another day! Choose the backup plan that you prefer, and contact us today. We'll need your database login (database name, user name, password) and your ftp login (username and password). We'll then send you a link for automated billing (if paying monthly) or credit card payment of the annual fee, if you prefer, and your first site backup will happen today!
Automated Backup Service Details
The last backup is optionally, left on your server for your ease of access. All backups, including the last one, are also stored off-site and are available upon your request.3
Backup service requires compliant web server with Unix or Linux OS and PHP support. If necessary, we will move your site to our web server for free. (See our server info here.) FTP and database logins are required.
1Up to one free restoration per year, will be done by us in the event you need files and or data restored. Subsequent restorations, if necessary, will be charged $70 each.
2 Automated Joomla updates for those minor version updates that are so important for security reasons! (Does not include major version updates, which are always optional, and not for security purposes.)
3 One free request per quarter will result in having a specific date's backup placed on the server for your use. Up to one year's worth of backups can be mailed to client on dvd for $20. Backups not held by us more than one year.
All monthly payments must be setup through our automated PayPal billing system. Annual payments may be paid by credit card, Paypal, check or money order. |
